Perspectives on Anxiety and Depression is 9 lessons divided into 3 Phases that we will cover over a 9-week period.






Phase 1

The 3 lessons in this phase will help you discover how to let go of old belief patterns that have been holding your success hostage for years, sometimes even decades.

You will learn why it is so important to RECOGNIZE negative and self-destructive habits and patterns. You will learn how to identify, own and release the all too human aspect of "blind spots" that hold us back.

There will be certain and specific exercises, breathing techniques, and meditations during these lessons that will serve to lay the foundation for the experiences, putting you in a receptive state of MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT to capitalize on the wonderful changes that lie ahead.

Phase 2

Once you recognize and release old unconscious patterns, it’s time to come to balance, using the quickest and most potent method possible.

The lessons in this phase include a proprietary system that I have been using with my students, family and friends for years, with excellent results.


But it’s one thing to know what to do, actually doing it with consistency is quite another. This is where the program’s accountability coaching and action plans come in. 


You will be guided every step of the way, which will help to ensure you are relaxed, clear minded and ENERGIZED so much that you will be asking for "WHAT'S NEXT”!

Phase 3

Each of these phases and lessons build upon what you learned in the previous classes.


That’s why in Phase 3 we start applying your action plans into a FUN, workable, realistic, completely “do-able” lifestyle so you can plot a course for a future where you can deal effectively with the ups & downs of everyday life in a balanced way.


We do this through a powerful combination and sequencing of proper observation, decision making and a 7 Step awareness exercise that will have you gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, your thoughts and feelings for living a happy, joyful and loving life.

Instructor Master Ken Smith

Master Ken Smith is a 7th Degree Master Instructor of Shaolin Kempo Karate, T’ai Chi, Qi Gong (Chi Kung), Meditation and breathing practices. For years Master Ken has been teaching students of all levels on how to connect with their Source Energy to bring about positive change.
